What’s New?

The new PrimeSeg web site is ready to use. It comes with instant access to an array of timely, targeted data on the nation's older population. Log on, specify your market, and PrimeSeg delivers data tables and maps about demographic characteristics, housing needs and preferences, health care access problems, health insurance coverage, and much, much more. Profile any geographic area in the United States - whether you are interested in a single neighborhood, a five mile radius around an intersection, or comparing different metropolitan areas.

Are you part of an industry that is marketing to America's older population? Want to see the PrimeSeg suite of online tools in action? Just call or send an e-mail to info@primeseg.com and a member of our professional staff will contact you to set up a free web demonstration.

Decision Demographics has completed its second survey of the older population in less than a year’s time, making even more cutting-edge, up-to-date information available. Adding additional content to our already valuable database of housing trends, senior needs, and lifestyle preferences, this newest survey focuses specifically on active adult housing. Who would consider moving into an active adult community? Who would not? Why not? Where should it be located? What sort of amenities have the most appeal?

Answers to these questions and more are readily available through PrimeSeg.
